I'm so glad you found my work! Let me introduce myself. I am a newlywed who got married in February of 2018. I am passionate about love, marriage and cultivating family. I get to capture epic moments for people and celebrate with them on the best times of their life! Basically the best job in the world!
Hello, I'm Stacey Klein!
I am a photographer of adventurous, fun-loving couples in Minneapolis and around the world. I think love is the most beautiful thing we have and is worth celebrating! I value capturing natural and authentic moments with beautiful photos that you will cherish for the rest of your life, not to mention having a whole lot of fun along the way.
My husband and I got married in February 2018 and are loving married life. When I’m not photographing weddings, you can find me at a coffeeshop, on a lake, hanging out with friends, or just chilling with my husband. We are homeowners in the suburbs of Minneapolis and love doing home updates and interior styling!
I have been photographing weddings since 2010. As a photographer I love to capture moments as genuine as possible so you will have photos as a legacy for generations to come. I’m all about couples doing what is most meaningful to them. It’s very exciting starting your marriage adventure! Let’s go!
– I am a 9 on the Enneagram, 7 is my second.

– If I wasn’t a photographer, I’d be a painter or a home renovation designer.
– My hubby and I have it as a dream to build a small cabin to use and rent out!
– Some of my favorite places I’ve traveled to are Thailand, Iceland, The Faroe Islands, and Big Sur, California.
Marry your bestie, it's a whole lot of fun!
One night in May 2016, both TJ and Stacey were invited to the same house by the same friends for a small worship jam session, although they had never met. They sat across the room from each other, and were both playing guitar. The next morning, Stacey got a text from her friend Amanda asking if she could give TJ her number. Flattered and excited, Stacey said yes! He called her up and asked her out like a man the next day, and they grabbed coffee and Caribou (even though TJ can’t stand the taste of coffee 😉 ). After chatting for over 3 hours, some fun dates, Stacey watching TJ rap as a lumberjack at a Younglife event, at a picnic date at Lake Harriet they made it official and the rest is history!
I can speak from experience that our wedding day was the best day of my life so far! I’m passionate about marriage and the beautiful adventure of getting to know your love from dating to marriage and all the days to follow!
One of my favorite things about our wedding is that it was so “us.” Being in the wedding industry definitely helped because I know so many amazing vendors who we worked with! (Like Beth Cath who did our wedding photography!) Aside from that, I’ve always been someone who knows what I like and what I don’t like, even if its not the status quo. There are certain things I invested a lot of money in because we knew it was worth it, and other things I found at thrift stores or from friends because I loved them, and it allowed me to invest the things I cared about most!
Not everything on our wedding day went perfectly, but in my opinion that’s the best part! It makes it memorable and meaningful, and perfect for two imperfect people 🙂
After our wedding, we went to Maui for our Honeymoon, which was pretty much the best decision ever in February! Now, we live in our home that we are renovating in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.
